The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration of Salesforce.com; this includes system configuration, (maintenance, system enhancements/upgrades, etc.), creation of reports and dashboards, ensuring data hygiene and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. He will also be motivated, team oriented and passionate about Salesforce technology.

As Salesforce Administrator you will also:

• Responsible for configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Maintain User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Execute all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
• Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality.
• Manage data imports and cleanup.
• Identify production risks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with different business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized business analytics, tools and processes.

This is required of you in order to deliver great results

• Fluency in English language is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional communication skills
• Accountability and decision-making skills
• Knowledge transfer skills
• You are analytical and with excellent attention to detail
• Coding skills of any sort are a plus
