Job Description
- Procurement planning and e-planning;
- Preparation and creations of production orders and printing of drawings for sample production;
- Preparation of documentation, including packaging and delivery based on customer request;
- Monthly update of Pentagon, updating of Excel tables for traceability, announcement of deliveries;
- Creation / Revision / Update of Work and packaging instructions and production documentation.
- Order processing in SAP
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc
- Advanced Excell skills
- Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage
- Proactive and structured work
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Fluency in English
