Who are you?
Passionate person about agile methodologies, team dynamics, and continuous improvement, who drives agile best practices, improves team collaboration, enhances product development efficiency, and helps deliver impactful projects. If you're ready to embrace challenges, learn new skills, and contribute to the success of a fast-paced team, this paid internship (4 months) is for you!
What will you do?
- Lead Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinement, Retrospectives, and other agile rituals.
- Observe team behaviors, identify process improvements, and help remove impediments to team progress.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Generate new user stories, improvements, and bug reports based on team feedback.
- Track R&D progress, team synchronization, and efficiency metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinement, and Retrospectives.
- Maintain accuracy in task tracking and alignment between Jira boards and ongoing discoveries.
Your qualifications:
- Undergraduate student (final year) or Bachelor’s degree from an IT/Project Management faculty.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Ability to manage independently in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of Agile SCRUM methodology/Project management tools.
- Readiness for full-time work (8 hours) from the office in Belgrade.
- Effective communicators who thrive in collaborative environments.
- Proficient level of written and spoken English.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams is a plus.
- Team player with leadership skills.
- Some initial industry experience is a big plus.
