JOB DESCRIPTION
An internship gives you the opportunity to gain practical experience in software development in the area of automotive. Right from the start of your Internship, you will be involved in day-to-day business and be part of an engineering team.
As part of the team, you will:
- develop and integrate SW modules in C programming language for a new category of products, for all major automotive manufacturers
- contribute to SW architecture and design
- be involved in performing module verification and integration tests.
Vehicle Architecture has been revolutionized with digital transformation and market trends. We, in Business Area Architecture and Networking, provide the electrical and electronical backbone of intelligent and connected vehicles for trends such as Automated Driving, Cloud services, Alternative Drive, IoT, Software-Defined Cars, and Share Mobility.
Your domain of activity would be products such as Zone Control Units (x-Domain and Body ZCU), Body and Actuator Control, Telematic and Connectivity solutions, Smart Device (key fobs or smartphone) integration, Access Solutions, or Software as a Product in Automotive.

- passionate about automotive technology;
- interested in creating functionalities in modern cars, such as remote and keyless car access and start, controlling light groups, wipers, controlling trailer module, connecting vehicles in 4G and 5G, vehicle diagnostic, vehicle communication network and basic software;
- interested in getting a deep dive into microcontrollers;
- interested in creating tools needed in automotive.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic knowledge of C programming language.
- Recent graduates or final year students of Bachelor’s or Master's degree program in areas of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Control theory, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
- Basic understanding of Embedded Systems.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
