Talent Acquisition Associate (Internship)
Role Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our operational roles. Your primary focus will be managing high-volume candidate pipelines, ensuring that G4S continues to hire the best talent at scale to meet our operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Reviewing high volumes of applications and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Pipeline Management: Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and recruitment flow efficiency.
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Recruitment Administration: Assisting with the collection of necessary documentation and supporting the pre-employment vetting process.
- Reporting: Providing regular updates to the TA Manager regarding candidate status and funnel metrics.
Requirements
- Education: Current student status (3rd or 4th year) or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Sciences, or Security Studies.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone manner.
- Competencies: High level of organizational ability and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in Serbian and a high level of proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
