We are looking for a new member who will get the opportunity to learn from our experienced recruiters and HR specialists and grow together with us and our company.

Check out your day-to-day responsibilities and learning goals:

  • Assisting in candidate sourcing and screening – learn how to find the best talent!
  • Collaborating with the team to create engaging job postings and recruitment campaigns – show off your creativity and initiative!
  • Assisting at different types of interviews – learning all the tricks of good assessment.
  • Getting hands-on experience with our cutting-edge recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Creating reports and presentations – let's show off our awesome work!
  • Being part of the continuous improvement of our hiring process – because we are always growing and evolving!

In addition to being enthusiastic, innovative, and creative, willing to socialize and help a colleague in need, the new member should possess:

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in social sciences (HR, psychology or similar)
  • Strong English skills, ability to communicate professionally.
  • A go-getter attitude with a dash of enthusiasm
  • A flexible personality with the ability to set clear boundaries
  • Strong communication skills – because building connections is what we are all about.
  • A team player who is not afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Bonus points if you are a social media savvy individual – we are all about that online presence!
