YOUR JOB
As a trainee in our Frontend Department at Netconomy, you will acquire knowledge and practical experience in the creation of modern web solutions. You will be proactively supported by your experienced colleagues.
What will you do?
- Gain insights into the daily business of a software developer on a project and learn about agile methodologies, such as scrum
- Gain your first practical experience by taking over tasks and small projects as part of the training in a protected learning environment
- Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Work with technologies like React, Node.js, SASS and TypeScript
- Create modern, high performance web solutions
- Support different browsers and optimize performance
- Use good practices of the software design and the development process
- Develop state-of-the-art web frontends
- You will be proactively supported by our experienced coaches and in-house trainers
YOUR SKILLS
- Recent graduate or in the final phase of your studies (IT related, Business Informatics)
- Passionate about software development and web technologies
- Interest in IT projects and agile frameworks
- Communicative person who likes working autonomously as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (at least B2 level)
- Curious mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow
- Ability to complete a technical task in React as part of the selection process
WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR RECRUITING PROCESS
As each role comes with unique expectations, the recruiting process is tailored accordingly. For this role, you can expect the following steps:
- First Step: We’ll review your application documents. After reviewing the applications, we’ll contact the candidates who seem to be the best fit and invite them for an HR interview.
- Second Step: You’ll then receive a technical task, which can be completed within 3 days.
- Third Step: Once you’ve completed the task, we will review it and the candidates that performed best will be invited to present their technical task to our colleagues. This is also your chance to meet potential colleagues, ask questions, and gain insights into what your traineeship could look like.
- Fourth Step: Finally, it’s our turn to decide who will join the NETCONOMY Talent Lab 2026, not an easy decision!
