Tax Junior Consultant

Deloitte is seeking a dynamic tax professional to join our team in Belgrade. As a member of our Tax business, you will have a unique opportunity to build your career and engage in a diverse range of advisory and compliance services, supporting clients with their corporate income tax, VAT and transfer pricing matters, including M&A projects, for some of the biggest local and international companies.

Job description

Conduct tax research;
Participate in preparing various types of tax reports;
Communicate with clients;
Support project administration activities, including drafting proposals and engagement letters;
Perform other tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor.

Ideal candidate’s qualifications

University degree, preferably in Economics or Law;
No experience needed, but relevant experience in accounting or tax would be an advantage;
Accounting and financial reporting knowledge is an advantage;
Good command of Serbian and English – spoken and written;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word;
Efficient, well organized and able to prioritize;
Motivation and willingness to learn;
Attention to detail and precision in work.
