Technical Assistant in HR Department - Intern
Job Description
- Work closely with the HR Manager in preparing presentations for internal purposes and external visits
- Track and record tasks assigned by the HR Manager and monitor task completion using the OPL tool (Excel)
- Support HR research activities and HR analytics initiatives
- Assist in the organization and coordination of HR projects
- Support the planning and execution of internal HR events & conferences
- Contribute to the development and promotion of CIP (continuous improvement) culture
- Handle and organize HR-related documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Communicate with the HR team by transferring delegated tasks from the HR Manager to the appropriate HR streams
- Prepare and document meeting minutes
- Support purchasing and procurement processes related to HR activities
- Assist with onboarding new team members within the HR team
Qualifications
- Last academic year or recent graduate (preferably in social or organizational sciences or similar disciplines)
- Business proficiency in English language
- Full time internship (40 h/week)
- Basic understanding of overall HR processes
- Internship done within HR, or similar previous practical experience (preferred, but not required)
- Proactive, responsible, and charismatic team player with a strong willingness to learn and develop within the HR field
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools
