Job Description
- Supporting sales and marketing team with technical information and documentation
- Assisting in first-level review of customer warranty claims (technical and commercial aspects)
- Supporting processes related to Bosch eXchange program products
- Translating marketing materials and product documentation
- Assisting in administration and coordination of technical trainings
- Providing support during repairs, installations, and warranty checks
- Supporting various operational and administrative sales activities
Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Technical Faculty or similar field
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good analytical skills and attention to details
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
