We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team as a Tender Specialist.
This role involves identifying relevant tender opportunities and preparing high-quality proposals and supporting documentation in response to public and private RFPs, RFQs, and similar solicitations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant tender opportunities across international and regional platforms.
- Carefully analyze tender requirements and ensure full compliance with all administrative, technical, and legal specifications.
- Prepare, format, and edit comprehensive tender documentation (technical and administrative proposals) in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Coordinate and track deadlines, clarifications, and submission processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and consistency of submitted documents.
- Maintain organized records of all submitted tenders and their statuses.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential; French language proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel – formatting, tables, styles, templates, formulas, cross-referencing, etc.
- Extreme attention to detail – highly methodical, quality-focused work style.
- Ability to read large volumes of technical or legal documentation and extract key points, inconsistencies, or missing elements.
- Experience with public procurement processes is a plus but not required – we value trainability and discipline over prior experience.
