Our team of 80+ professionals supports a driver base made up of 80% company drivers and 20% owner-operators. We are hiring a Track and Trace Specialist in both Niš and Belgrade offices!
Key Responsibilities:
Truck, Route & Transit Monitoring
- Monitor trucks and routes in real time to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Anticipate and address potential delays to keep operations on track.
Communication & Coordination
- Maintain clear communication with drivers, brokers, and internal teams.
- Provide accurate directions and real-time updates to support smooth deliveries.
Documentation Management
- Ensure shipment documents are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
Operational Support & Problem Solving
- Assist with load recovery, resolve transport challenges, and ensure compliance with requirements.
Shift Handover
- Share key updates to enable seamless transitions between shifts.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with Dispatch, Hiring, Maintenance, ELD, Accounting, and Safety to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across all areas of the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous Track & Trace experience is not required, but will be considered an advantage.
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills, especially under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
