<p>The Malta Government ENDEAVOUR Scholarships Scheme is intended to support good quality tertiary education at MQF level 7 and MQF level 8 to ensure that the Maltese labour market is supplied with the right individuals and to guarantee that it is in a better position to compete at an international level.</p>
<p>The scheme is aimed at supporting those pursuing this path to succeed both at the level of educational attainment as well as contributing effectively towards the economy.</p>

<p>To be considered for the Malta Government Scholarship, you must:</p>

<li>Be a Maltese or an international student</li>
<li>Be seeking to pursue Master&rsquo;s or PhD studies (MFQ7 or MFQ8)</li>
<li><strong>Note</strong>: If you already hold a Master&rsquo;s degree, then you are eligible to apply for the PhD, but not for another Master&rsquo;s or lower-level postgraduate certificate or diploma. Applicants who are already enrolled in a PhD degree program or at the same level as a PhD are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.&nbsp;</li>
