Odgovornosti uključuju:
- Prati procedure, uputstva za rad i druga uputstva supervizora, Safepro menadžmenta i klijenata
- Prikuplja informacije i podatke, kreira i daje izveštaje, održava efikasnu komunikaciju sa klijentom.
- Vrši unos podataka na blagovremen, tačan i inkluzivan način
- Odgovara na e-mail i telefonske pozive
- Po potrebi obavlja i druge poslove
Veštine/Znanja/Kvalifikacije:
- Mora tečno govoriti engleski, i pismeni i govorni
- Poželjno je iskustvo u pozivnom centru/dispečerskom centru
- Dokazano poznavanje Microsoft Office-a
- Jake administrativne veštine i veštine obavljanja više zadataka
- Sposobnost sedenja u dužem vremenskom periodu
- Jake veštine usluživanja kupaca
Kompenzacija zavisi od izabrane smene i nivoa iskustva potencijalnog kandidata.

Safepro doo specializes in hiring and training Call Center operators to meet all of our client’s needs. The Operator will be responsible for data entry and responding to e-mail and telephone calls in professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Follows procedures, work instructions and other directions from the Supervisor, Safepro Management and clients
- Collects information and data, creates and provides reports, maintains effective communications with a client.
- Performs data entry in a timely, accurate and inclusive manner
- Responds to e-mail and telephone calls
- Performs other duties as required related to the position offered.
Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Call Centre/Dispatch Centre experience is preferred
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to sit for longer periods of time
- Strong customer service skills
Compensation depends on the shift chosen and the experience level of a potential candidate. Training is paid once the employment offer is made.
