- Using the device and the latest features
- Resolving customer’s concerns about the product
- Providing information on the current status of the warranty
- Assistance during the complaint process
- Support for web shop platforms
- Monitoring of technical innovations according to changes in the market
What are we looking for:
- You have a high level of English language and writing is your stronger side
- Previous experience in technical support would be an advantage
- You are interested in the tech field and want to learn more
- You are motivated, organized and independent
- You like working in a team
