AGENDA:
- Managing inbound calls in a timely manner
- Identifying customers' needs and providing comprehensive information about BW project
- Social media management (responding to client’s inquiries through our official social media channels)
- Updating job knowledge by studying new products description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Excellent English knowledge
- Social media knowledge will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be considered an advantage
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task,set priorities and manage time effectively
