You are a self-starter, have a high level of personal motivation. You are a multitasker and can handle multiple concurrent calls and tasks. You have previously worked within a similar role, and are computer literate with an excellent command of the English language and impeccable telephone manner. You are proud of the knowledge and experience you are acquiring and you are looking to build a relationship with a company you can grow and develop within the long term. Overall, you are a ‘people’ person and enjoy communicating with a wide variety of people and cultures - as such you can manage both demanding clients and a team of remote workers moving around a city serving those clients.
Due to fast growth and increasing demand, we require additional support from our logistics team. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent candidate.
Tasks include:
- Customer service support
- Taking bookings over the telephone and emails
- Dispatching jobs to drivers & tracking drivers
- Communicating with drivers & customers
- Additional administrative support
Requirements:
- Multitasking
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent calls/conversations
- Excellent English language skills
- Polite and professional phone manner
- Ability to work 12 hour night and day shifts
- Computer skills
- You will constantly be liaising by telephone and video calls with English speakers in London
