You are a self-starter, have a high level of personal motivation. You are a multitasker and can handle multiple concurrent calls and tasks. You have previously worked in a similar role and are computer literate with an excellent command of the Spanish and English languages and impeccable telephone manners. You are proud of the knowledge and experience you are acquiring, and you are looking to build a relationship with a company where you can grow and develop in the long term. Overall, you are a ‘people’ person and enjoy communicating with a wide variety of people and cultures - as such, you can manage both demanding clients and a team of remote workers moving around a city serving those clients.
Due to fast growth and increasing demand, we require additional support from our logistics team. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent candidate.
Tasks include:
- Customer service support
- Taking bookings over the telephone and email
- Dispatching jobs to drivers & tracking drivers
- Communicating with drivers & customers
- Additional administrative support
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the Spanish language
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent calls/conversations
- Polite and professional phone manner
- Computer skills
- You will constantly be liaising by telephone with English and Spanish speakers in London and Spain
