YouTestMe is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients worldwide. You will ensure smooth onboarding, drive user adoption, manage technical documentation, and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, strong technical intuition, and a high level of ownership. You’ll work closely with internal teams and help clients get real value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and platform setup
- Present features, workflows, and best practices in live sessions
- Create and maintain structured client-facing documentation
- Prepare demo environments and ensure application presentability
- Assist clients in understanding integrations (API, SSO, LMS)
- Nurture client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (QA, Sales, Product)
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests with clarity and responsiveness
Skills Required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand complex software systems
- Writing user guides, manuals, and FAQs
- Detail-oriented with a sense of product aesthetics and structure
- Basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, authentication, and integrations
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
