Go-to Brands AS is a Norwegian company that develops, owns, and manages direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. Our largest and best-known brand is Vessi Skincare, a fast-growing Nordic skincare line.
To support our expanding customer base, we are now seeking Norwegian-speaking or Swedish-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our international team.
Requirements for candidates:
- Proficiency in spoken and written Norwegian (minimum B2 level)
- Good knowledge of English
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, chat systems)
- Communicative, service-minded, and solution-oriented personality
- Eager to learn, grow, and develop in a fast-paced international company
Job description
- Provide written and oral communication with our Norwegian customers (mainly via email and chat)
- Assist with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product information.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience aligned with Go-to Brands’ values
- Please note: this is not a call center role – we do not engage in cold calling or sales outreach
