We are looking for: Customer Support Agent
Job Description:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about our products and services
- Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
- Mandatory computer skills, including proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Previous experience in customer support, call center, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage
- Working knowledge of Spanish or Russian language would be an asset
