ABOUT THE JOB:
We’re seeking a Chat Support Specialist – French Language to join our dynamic iGaming team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking players, providing timely, professional, and friendly support via live chat. You will handle inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries via live chat
- Resolve customer issues related to accounts, deposits/withdrawals
- Ensure compliance with iGaming regulations and responsible gaming policies
- Maintain accurate logs and follow up on unresolved queries
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Good command of French language (minimum B2)
- Good command of English language (minimum B2)
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within iGaming, is a strong plus
- Excellent typing, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM/chat platforms is a plus
