Role in a nutshell:

Now we're looking for a Hungarian & English speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position that requires your full presence at our brand new office in Belgrade. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support in Hungarian by email and Live chats;
• Processing with great attention to details and content;
• Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
• Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
• Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken;
• Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
