About the role:
We are looking for an individual to join our Customer Support team as a part-time Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be helping us promptly address and resolve inquiries from customers regarding our company's supporting software. You will interact with customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, clear, and concise explanations to customers, ensuring they understand how to navigate and utilize the software effectively.
- Address customer concerns and troubleshoot issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on product updates, new features, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in maintaining the knowledge base and FAQs to support self-service options for customers.
Skills and qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus but not required.
- Fluent in English, excellent verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and early mornings.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of mobile applications and technology.
