We are looking for:
Customer Support Intern to support everyday activities of our Customer Account Management team. The duration of the internship is 3 months with the possibility of extension.
Tasks
The customer support for repair services is the link between MTU's broad international customer base and its internal specialist departments in the commercial parts repair business. It represents the interests of customers internally as much as it represents the company externally. Its highest level of customer satisfaction and the continuous successful execution of customer contracts are its priorities.
These are in detail:
- Setting up the data for incoming customers’ orders
- Change of internal orders in case of requests
- Preparing reports for review meetings with the customer
- Monitoring of high critical parts and information to representative customer support specialist
- Support and development of incoming volume forecast
- Preparing of reports and data for internal communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree student
- Good computer skills / MS Office, Excel
- Interest in getting to know new IT systems (SAP, Tableau) – knowledge in these systems would be beneficial
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Good English skills in writing and speaking
