Job description
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Providing customers with information about the company’s services and opportunities, as well as further cooperation with clients
- Offering all information regarding current offers and benefits for customers
- Updating and maintaining the internal database
- Close cooperation with other departments within the company
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma (Level IV)
- Minimum B2 level of proficiency in Finnish and English
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
- Computer literacy
