Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality live chat support in Greek, ensuring linguistic accuracy, clarity, and a refined tone
- Manage written customer communication via chat and email, in line with luxury service standards
- Handle translation and written request s based on client and project requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries efficiently through written channels

Requirements:
- Fluent in Greek language with excellent written skills and strong command of grammar and tone
- Ability to handle translation tasks based on client requests and guidelines
- Good knowledge of English as a backup language
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and customer-focused mindset
