Customer Support Trainer - Romanian language

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in Romanian through voice, chat and email channels as needed
- Communicate closely with employees and sector managers to understand and align their goals and ambitions
- Participate in the implementation of sector goals related to team size and performance
- Assess individual employee abilities and work with them on areas that need improvement
- Train employees in customer support departments in all facets of the job
- Support the development of employee motivation, skills and competencies
- Monitor, evaluate and document employee progress and training results
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, training sessions and solutions

Requirements:
- Fluent in Romanian (both written and spoken)
- Advanced level of English
- Previous experience in customer support is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a people-oriented mindset
- Experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or team leadership is a strong advantage
- Ability to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback
