How does our Young and Enthusiastic Team deliver SUCCESS?
- By corresponding with clients via phone and email for policy servicing requests and policy change/endorsement transactions
- By processing new and renewal business policy transactions
- Maintaining and managing client expiration/cancellation/warning lists to ensure continued insurance coverage for clients and maintain client happiness
- By generating coverage quotes using different platforms
- By preparing proposal documents
- By performing administrative and Clerical Duties
- Generating and confirming proofs/certificates of insurance
