What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play an important role in helping our service operations run efficiently. Your daily tasks will include:
- Reviewing service requests and understanding what needs to be done
- Assigning tasks to Customer Engineers based on skills, schedules, and urgency
- Prioritizing customer needs and balancing workloads
- Coordinating locations, schedules, and technician availability
- Checking part availability and sourcing parts from different locations
- Tracking estimated arrival times and ensuring updates are accurate
- Communicating with teams across the U.S. via phone, email, and chat
- Documenting updates and actions in our system
- Supporting escalation management and older service requests
- Sharing ideas and feedback to improve our processes
- Participating in training and development sessions
