We are an international business group expanding in Serbia and looking for a motivated Operations & Customer Support Specialist to join our new office in New Belgrade.
Role Overview:
You will be the first point of contact for customers and leads, ensuring smooth communication and top-quality service. You will also assist with operational tasks, coordination between teams, and supporting management with day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and online chat
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with sales teams
- Update and manage CRM systems and order records
- Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and other partners to ensure smooth operations
- Support management with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proactive, reliable, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or operations experience preferred
- Competent with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
