We are seeking an Intern to join our Global Grammar Business Center based in Niš. If you would like to develop your skills in using LMS and other HR systems, enhance your organizational and communication abilities through event coordination, and gain hands-on experience in data management and reporting for HR initiatives, don’t miss this opportunity!

What are the main tasks of that role?

  • Assist in managing and updating learning data across the organization. 
  • Work with other departments to collect basic learning data for review and analysis. 
  • Help ensure data accuracy by performing regular checks and updates as needed. 
  • Support the team in implementing and using Cornerstone modules for Performance Management Process (PMP), Talent Review, and Learning Management. 
  • Provide basic guidance to employees on module usage, and escalate more complex issues to the People Development team. 
  • Assist with gathering data for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to people development. 
  • Help coordinate logistics for global learning events, including scheduling and communication with participants.
  • Support the creation of preliminary reports on people development activities.
  • Help gather and organize data for reports to management. 

Required qualifications: 

  • Current undergraduate student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related).
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic data analytics and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in learning and development, human resources, or data management.
