We are hiring - Returns Administrator (Early Career)!
Responsibilities:
- Responding and actioning email enquiries from retailers, distributors, logistics team and service providers
- Validating Return requests for retailers as well as approving/rejecting Exchange Authority references daily
- Clearing of aged B-Stock whilst controlling reports to prevent stock aging
- Using internal CRM and SAP systems, to process credits, sales as well as update reports and product information.
- Requesting new Hisense Returns Portal logins for retailers and maintaining the database
- Provide additional Return support to SBU
- Processing retailer complaints, enquiries, and other supporting tasks from any written contact method as required
- Preparing documentation and actioning various processes as required to progress collection, credit claims and sales
- Booking and chasing collections as well as complaints and other relevant enquiries
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate
- Admin experience is a plus
- Curious and eager to learn
- Good communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- SAP or similar ERP experience a plus
- Fluent in English
