Tech Customer Advisor - German speaker

Job description:
- Provide quick, reliable, and accurate information to customers
- Maintain effective communication during interactions, adapting to the pace and technical level of the customer
- Ensure timely resolution of calls while maintaining a high quality of service in every interaction
- Accurately log all interactions in the customer management system
- Achieve service center metrics as defined by the provider
- Educate customers about support options and the steps to resolve their issues
- Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners
- Forward issues to the appropriate department according to customer procedures
- Adhere to the planned schedule announced by WFO
Position requirements:
- At least a high school diploma
- Proficiency in German at C1/C2 level
- Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level
- Preferably experience in a customer service role
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- User knowledge of computer technology, PCs, or other mobile devices
- Training materials, systems, and technical terminology will be provided in English
