Job Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Teleconsultant to join our close-knit team of 3-4 professionals. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing incoming calls from international clients, directing them appropriately, and providing general information about our dental services. Occasionally, you may also be asked to accompany clients to our dental clinic to assist with their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls from international clients
- Dispatch calls to relevant specialists within the company
- Provide detailed information regarding dental treatments and services
- Collaborate effectively within a small, dedicated team
- Accompany clients to our dental clinic as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and communications following company protocols
Requirements
- Fluency in English and/or French (certification not required, but candidates must be fully confident and comfortable communicating by phone)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, client-oriented mindset
- Ability to work full-time in Vracar, Belgrade
- Eagerness to learn; previous experience is not required as training will be provided
