The purpose of the Telesales Representative is to understand the needs of our customers and offer the right solutions through effective phone sales. 

Your main duties will be:

• Informing and advising customers on service characteristics through outbound calls, as well as answering customer questions
• Building and maintaining good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Finding solutions and providing information to the client
• Regular monitoring of the client case status 
• Monitoring of the SLA
• Providing timely and quality reporting to the Client Relation Manager on the activities and work processes 
• Providing support for continuous improvement of the process

What we expect from you:

• High school diploma or higher 
• Excellent knowledge of Slovenian language, good speaking and writing skills 
• Experience in sales is a plus
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
• Good organizational skills 
• Ability of proper business communication with colleagues
