We have a unique opportunity for talented, ambitious and customer driven Sales & Service Travel Consultants to join our team based in Belgrade, to service customers in the UK & Germany.

Travel Consultant - German language

This pivotal role is all about our customers and filling our planes from the UK & Germany to our home Dubai and beyond. We are looking for people with experience, but importantly lots of enthusiasm and drive to deliver exceptional sales through service. As a Travel Consultant, you will need to be flexible, innovative and passionate and have the ability to work as part of a team and individually.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide award winning service primarily over the phone but also via LiveChat.
By listening to our customers, truly understanding their needs and requirements, piece together exciting holiday experiences using your experience of our destinations.
Ensure that all forms of contact are handled quickly and with a friendly ‘can do’ attitude, whilst achieving and exceeding sales & service performance targets against key indicators.
Challenge the status quo by working collaboratively with all departments to continually improve our customer experience.
Using initiative, keep up to date with product changes and personal development to always be one step ahead.

Job Requirements:

Minimum High school education degree.
Fluency in German and English language.
Strong customer focus.
Excellent communication skills.
High computer literacy.
Right to live and work in Serbia.
Readiness to work in shifts, weekends included.
